Red Lentil Dip
Introduction
Easy to prepare dip for guests who pop by.
Ingredients
1 cup of WGS red lentils
2 cups chicken stock
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ cup yoghurt
Salt and whole black peppercorns to taste
Chopped coriander
Steps
1. Simmer together red lentils, chicken stock, onion, garlic and curry powder until lentils are soft.
2.Puree. Add salt and peppercorns to taste.
3. Stir through yoghurt and garnish with chopped coriander
