A Pulse Raiser’s Wife French Green Lentil Salad
Introduction
A healthy salad ready in minutes
Ingredients
3/4 cup of WGS French Green or Black Lentils cooked
2 green onion finely sliced
Cherry tomatoes cut in half
Avocado (optional)
Bag of mixed salad leaves or rocked
1 1/2 tbls Red wine vinegar
1 tbls Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
1. Rinse lentils and boil for 15 minutes.
2. Chop veggies for salad.
3. Add bag of salad leaves
.
4. Mix olive oil and red wine vinegar together. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Add to salad. Serve with fetta, or goats cheese
