Uses
Popular in Middle Eastern and Indian cooking, chickpea flour is perfect for dumplings, sweets & many authentic Indian dishes. However it can also be used in Flatbread, Biscuits, Cakes, Pizza crusts and snacks. It works perfectly in almost any fritter recipe as a binder plus it adds a lovely savoury note.
